Location: Collinsville, IL Area - 100% onsite

Full-time permanent position

Salary: Up to $70,000 - DOE

  • Assist customers in selecting, installing, and troubleshooting technical products.
    
  • Provide expert support to field sales offices, ensuring seamless sales operations.
    
  • Travel as needed to assess product applications, customer needs, and sales opportunities.
    
  • Maintain communication with sales teams to align with strategic objectives.
    
  • Conduct product presentations and problem-solving sessions at customer meetings and conferences.
    
  • Support promotional activities, including trade shows and industry events.
    
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to relay valuable market insights for product development.
    
    
    What You Bring:

    • Education: Associate's Degree in Electronics required; Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Technology preferred.
      
    • Technical Expertise: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
      
    • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.
      
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related technical tools.
      
    • Experience: Prior experience with power system products is a plus.
      
    • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel within assigned territories as needed.
