Job Description:

and in communities. Performs a variety of quality control
tests/inspections on products, materials, components, parts, etc.,
at various stages of the production process or after customer
return to ensure compliance with quality and reliability
standards.
- Completes performance testing such as multipass, fatigue,
pressure drop, etc.
- Performs media management which includes continuous media
improvement, product traceability, media grading and process
improvement.
- Records statistical data. Analyzes data and writes summaries to
validate or show deviations from existing standards.
- Performs resolution activities for non-conforming parts which
include inspecting incoming parts, writing reports that indicate
defects found, conducting meetings and monitoring hold activity,
logs, etc.
- Investigates customer complaints and returns.
- Provides product failure analysis support.
- Works with customer service department and the customer to
resolve concerns.
- Coordinates internal auditing process consisting of scheduling
audits, assigning auditors and following up on audit activity.
- Calibrates gauges and test equipment as required by calibration
schedules.
- Develops and participates in problem prevention planning to
communicate, evaluate and prevent/resolve quality problems.
- Recommends modifications to existing, or suggests new
standards, methods and procedures.
- Assists in establishing technical objectives, corrective action
planning and problem resolution.Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical experience and 2
years relevant technical Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years Aerospace Industry Experience
- LEAN manufacturing knowledge and training
- Strong computer skills-Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate effectivelyEmployment opportunities for
