Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Documentation
Fulfillment Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough due diligence on commercial loan parties and
collateral, ensuring all required information is obtained and
reviewed
Coordinate with bank counsel to ensure compliance with underwriting
guidelines and prepare loan documents
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and communicate with
clients and third parties to ensure an efficient fulfillment
process
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
5 or more years of experience in paralegal work related to
commercial loan documentation
3 or more years of experience with commercial lending functions
5 or more years of experience with attorney closings and review of
commercial loan documents preferred
Paralegal certification preferred
