Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consumer Loan Servicing Modification
Specialist who is bilingual in Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Review and process workout loan applications to assist members
experiencing financial hardship
Propose modification terms in compliance with regulations and
communicate decisions to members
Educate members and internal teams on loan modification processes
and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years of customer service or operational support
experience
Preferred two years of banking or financial experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer and phone operating skills; intermediate Microsoft
Office skills
Ability to type a minimum of 35 words per minute
