Job Description:
A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage
customer onboarding processes and ensure successful adoption of
their platform.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, providing
premium-level customer service
Manage the onboarding project from start to finish, ensuring
go-live deadlines are met
Collaborate with various teams to enhance customer satisfaction and
mitigate churn risks
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in tech support, training, operations, or
customer success
Technical aptitude to learn and communicate about the technology
platform
Strong organizational and planning skills
High emotional intelligence to navigate complex interactions
Experience in SaaS, Salesforce, or the luxury and self-care
industry is a plus
