Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Reimbursement Lead (West).
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across
multiple states
Analyze and address reimbursement and access issues while
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Educate healthcare providers on product coverage, patient support
programs, and reimbursement processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or related
healthcare industry
5+ years of experience with Specialty Pharmaceuticals/Biologics
Progressive field leadership experience in account management
Deep understanding of Specialty Pharmacy and compliance
regulations
