A company is looking for a Self-Pay Performance Specialist Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee revenue cycle self-pay performance functions to enhance
customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational
goals
Analyze performance data and identify trends to improve
processes
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
2 years of hospital or medical billing-related experience
required
2 years of call center experience required
Proficient in medical revenue cycle processes, CPT, ICD-9, and
insurance claim adjudication
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
