Job Description:

We have an excellent Full-Time opportunity for a dynamic *Home Health Occupational Therapist* *(OT)* to care for our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Must be licensed in the State of Missouri as an occupational therapist, have excellent communication and computer skills as well as reliable transportation.

*High Starting Salary and Sign-On Bonus available!*
You will:
* Assess the patient's physical, communication and cognitive skills to develop a treatment plan
* Provide advice and support for family members
* Assess the home environments of the patient
* Educate and instruct on assistive devices and equipment
* Provide home exercise program
* Assist patients' exercise for pain relief
* Review the patient's progress and adapting the treatment accordingly
* Perform administrative tasks such as keeping records, writing reports, and making telephone calls
