Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis 14561 N Outer 40 Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017 LPN Opportunities (Part-time) Night Shift Benefit Eligible Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital St. Louis is a state-of-the-art facility designed specifically for patients requiring inpatient rehabilitation services. We offer programs that range from single therapies to comprehensive, multidisciplinary programs for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal-cord injuries, amputations, burns, orthopedic injuries and other conditions. We provide rehabilitative care to patients and families utilizing a team approach, with an emphasis on improving individual functional ability and quality of life. Our Treatment Team includes experienced Rehabilitation Nurses who provide excellent service and around-the-clock compassionate nursing care in an exceptional work environment. • 81 private rooms
• Therapy Gym in each unit
• On-site Dialysis Suite
• Dedicated Nursing Assistant for each Nursing team Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalen t
  • Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
  • Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
  • Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire (range from upon hire to within 1 year).
