Job Description:
A company is looking for a Premium Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Benefits Premium Operations team while
overseeing daily premium processing tasks
Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits and
advocate for resources to support product administration
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and provide
periodic reports to senior leaders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree or related work
experience preferred
Group insurance experience strongly preferred
At least 2 years of experience in people management
Working knowledge of accounting frameworks and financial
concepts
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams toward
achieving goals
