About Us: Chesterfield Sports Association is the owner and operator of The Beal Center, a premier sports and recreation facility in the community. We are dedicated to providing a top-tier experience for athletes, families, and community members alike. We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team and help us manage the day-to-day operations of our facility. Job Summary: The Operations Manager will oversee the scheduling of events and daily court rentals, assist with payroll, manage inventory and supplies, and ensure that all aspects of facility operations run smoothly. This position requires strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the scheduling of events and daily court rentals for the facility Assist in payroll processing for Facility Attendants and Concession personnel Assist in ordering and maintaining supplies for the facility Serve as the opening and/or closing manager depending on the schedule of events Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sports or community facility Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Excel and the ability to generate financial, inventory, and other reports Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: A competitive salary with performance-based incentives Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Opportunities for growth and advancement within a dynamic, expanding organization.
