This person will have a genuine interest in geriatric care and be able to motivate while maintaining relationships with staff and residents. Document all completed tasks.Enhance resident safety by identifying hazards and emergencies, and initiating corrective actions as appropriate.Ensure continuity of care by effectively communicating services provided and any changes in the resident's condition or family interactions promptly. Immediately report noticeable changes in the resident's participation and behavior to the supervisor.Job Requirements:High School or GED Degree required.Active CMT License.Registration with the State registry is required.CPR certification is mandatory.Knowledge of medication administration, duration, and side effects.Exhibits well-developed communication skills.
